Payment and Cancellation Policy

OFF -SEASON – 1ST APRIL TO 31ST SEPTEMBER

✅To proceed with the booking process, pay a booking amount of Rs. 50% to confirm your dates along with Your Indian photo ID and flight tickets.

✅The balance amount should be made 10 days before of the arrival at Port Blair.

✅Delay of the payments might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-released). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.

SEASON – 1ST OCTOBER TO 31ST MARCH

✅To proceed with the booking process; pay a booking amount of Rs. 50% to confirm your dates along with your Indian photo ID and flight tickets.

✅The balance amount should be made 15 days before of the arrival at Port Blair.

✅Delay of the payments might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-released). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.

PEAK SEASON – 15TH DECEMBER - 20TH JANUARY

✅To proceed with the booking process, pay a booking amount of Rs. 50% to confirm your dates along with your Indian photo ID and flight tickets.

✅ The balance amount should be made 20 days before of the arrival at Port Blair.

✅Delay of the payments might cause inconveniences (like hotels, cruises, etc. being sold out or auto-released). So, the company is not responsible in this manner.

Cancellation and Changes by the guest

You may cancel your holiday at any time providing you notify the Company in writing. The following charges will be levied on any cancellation:

Ø No refunds for cancellation received on booking from 15 Dec to 20 Jan.

Ø No refund or cancellation during Puja, Valentine, Xmas, New Year

Ø Cancellation charge of rupees 1500 per person is applicable any time after the advance is paid.

Ø 100% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation within 15 days before Arrival.

Ø 75% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 16 to 20 days before Arrival.

Ø 50% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation between 21 to 29 days before Arrival.

Ø 25% of Package Cost will be charged as Penalty on Cancellation 30 or more days before Arrival.
